Support Conservation Easements at the Boulder County Commissioner Meeting on July 6, 2023

Boulder County is considering the termination of a conservation easement in unincorporated Boulder County. The property, known as Kanemoto Estates, is one of a dwindling number of agricultural conservation easements left in the County. Randall Weiner of Weiner & Cording submitted the following written comments to the Boulder County Commissioners ahead of their Public Meeting scheduled for July 6, 2023, at 1 PM.
